An IS mercenary witnessed the operation of delivering al-Bab city to Turkey and the latter's support to them

Ozhan Imreh was born in Ankara in 1974 and worked at a company in Ankara as an accountant. Ozhan was introduced to the thought of IS  terrorist organization in 2014 from his friends and other groups he knows during his going to the mosques until Ozhan has been introduced to an extremist group working for IS mercenaries and that group was headed by Kamil Noah Oglu.

Which group promotes to IS in the Turkish capital

Kamil Noah Oglo who was born in Ankara heads this terrorist group. He is of Turkish origins and has a bookshop in Ersen-jan in the Turkish capital. This group is spread throughout the Turkish capital and in most mosques and offices. This group works to open discussions in mosques to promote for IS mercenaries aiming at joining a big number of young people to IS mercenaries.

One of the victims of the promotion was Ozhan who has joined IS mercenaries through this group, while the group is also working to facilitate the entry of foreigners to the Syrian territory and ensure the necessary requirements to them.

After Ozhan decided to join IS mercenaries, he told the head of the terrorist group Kamil Noah Oglu about the decision, and he communicated with the group that he led to send Ozhan to Syria to join IS mercenaries. On the first night after taking Ozhan the decision, Kamil sent a car in the night hours to Ozhan, his wife and his five children to start the tale of travelling from the Turkish capital of Ankara to Gaziantep and from there to Syria.

After the arrival of Ozhan and his family to Gaziantep, they changed the car directly, and after changing the car, Ozhan and his family directly crossed to the other side of the Syrian-Turkish border without any movement of the Turkish security and Ozhan and his family entered al-Bab. Days after the arrival of Ozhan and his family to al-Bab, he began working in one of the hospitals of al-Bab city for the favor of IS mercenaries.

The mercenary Ozhan disclosed the Turkish support to the mercenaries

During the work at al-Bab hospital, Ozhan revealed the support of the Turkish state to the terrorist organization by providing medical support to IS mercenaries' hospitals. He stressed that all drugs that were found in the areas occupied by IS mercenaries were manufactured by Turkey. Ozhan said, "All medicines were of Turkish kind and this was open. The same medicines spread in all the medical centers and pharmacies located in the areas under the control of IS. The process of supporting Turkey to IS mercenaries was very secret, and it was also difficult to talk about these topics because the end would be the charge of the spy or other charges for which somebody would be killed and slaughter.

The scenario of delivering and receiving al-Bab between IS and Turkey

The 24th of June 2016 was the date of launching the Turkish occupation a media campaign against IS mercenaries in the areas of al-Bab, Jarablus and Azaz, but before the beginning of the campaign and with the preparations of the Turkish state to break into those areas from the other side, IS mercenaries were preparing for the withdrawal for the Turkish army and mercenaries to enter the region and for some shots and guns to the areas controlled by IS mercenaries to be a media legitimization for its entry, where before the start of the Turkish occupation, IS mercenaries began to withdraw to al-Tabqa and al-Raqqa areas to hand over that area to the Turkish army.

Not only my, but hundreds of elements exited al-Bab before launching Turkey's campaign

During this agreement held between Turkey and IS, Ozhan and his family were forced to withdraw towards al-Tabqa. Ozhan said, "The organization asked us to come out and did not tell us anything. They just asked us to leave al-Bab city within a few days. Not only me, but also hundreds of people exited al-Bab and many heavy weapons were withdrawn to the areas of Raqqa and al-Mayadin. After our exit, Turkey directly entered to the region. Then, I realized that there are agreements between IS and the Turkish state.

The end and the surrender to Syrian Democratic Forces

After the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) launched al-Tabqa campaign, the mercenary Ozhan and his family went to al-Mayadin area to start work there too, but that did not last after the Syrian regime began bombarding the area with heavy weapons. The story of the mercenary Ozhan ended after he was transferred from al-Mayadin to Hajin countryside to surrender to SDF with his family in late 2018.
