Wife of IS mercenary reveals her husband a Turkish officer

5 Turkish families arrived to the liberated areas by SDF within al-Jazeera Tempest campaign, in conjunction with the continuation of the Battle to Defeat Terrorism in its last phase to liberate the last stronghold of ISIS. Daily, the Syrian Democratic Forces liberate hundreds of the families and transfer them to the safe areas, most of them are families of the remaining IS mercenaries in the last pocket.

These 5 families are of Turkish origin, include women and their children, they have joined the mercenaries' ranks with their husbands since 2014, most of their husbands were killed during the campaigns launched by SDF in north and east Syria

ANHA agency obtained 4 names of women originated from Quniya, Ankara, Ezmir, they are," "Fidan Muhtar(Azary origion), Özlem Kemelli has 4 children, Dilek Büyüksarıoğlu and Berna Türkkorkmaz has 3 children.

While a member of the aid team spoke to them to find out their needs and if one of them needs help or is injured, and when asked about their husbands, Berna Türkkorkmaz revealed that her IS husband was a senior military officer within the Turkish military forces, known as Adam.

Berna's statement reveals the deep relationship between Turkey and IS, and the infiltration of Turkish intelligence within the IS ranks and that Turkey provides all kinds of support to IS.
