HPG: Turkish shelling damaged civilian property
The People Defense Forces(HPG) said that the bombing of the Turkish occupation army that targeted the areas of Medya resulted in material damage to civilian property, and revealed the record of one of its fighters martyred in the operation carried out by the forces.

The media center of HPG issued a statement saying that the Turkish occupation forces bombed on the fifth of January, areas in the vicinity of Zab and the vicinity of Avaşîn in the areas of Medya defense and the vicinity of Amediyê in the province of Dihok in Başûr Kurdistan.
The statement confirmed that the Turkish shelling resulted in material damage to the fields, orchards and property of civilians.
HPG also revealed the identity of one of its fighters who was martyred during a military operation carried out by the forces on January 4 against the Turkish army forces.
