Avein Jumah: International Society must intervene to put end to Turkish violations

Hawar news agency (ANHA) held an interview with the Co-Chair of the Human Rights Organization in al-Jazeera region Avein Jumah on the margine of the meeting organized by the organization about Turkey's violations in Afrin city in the center of Baqi Qudao for Art and Culture in Kobani city attended by many personalities from all segments of society in the canton .

During the meeting, a video report on the United Nations Charter for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was reviewed with the aim of disseminating the culture of human rights and fundamental freedoms on the anniversary of the signing of the Charter

Avein added that the organization is documenting the crimes of the Turkish state in Afrin, as well as its actions on the Turkish-Syrian border, from looting land, destroying crops, uprooting trees, destroying agricultural equipment, burning houses and demolishing them, the organization prepares detailed and documented reports.

She called on the international community to stop violations of the Turkish state within Syrian territory and put an end to Turkey's criminal practices.

And about the work of the Organization said "We are following the situation of women and we work to help them in all areas as well as follow-up and monitoring the situation of the children there are many children working under the legal age."

"We also document the bombings in the canton and monitoring the mass killings, prepare detailed reports, monitor humanitarian conditions in the liberated areas and return people to their areas after the end of the armed conflict," she said.

It is worth noting that the organization was founded in 2013, an independent civil society working voluntarily to monitor and document violations and abuses against human rights.
