Leyla Siwar: 2nd Day was good , Başûr Gov. blocked arrival of some figures

A member of the Preparatory Committee of the International Forum on "Ethnic Cleansing and Demographic Change in Afrin", Leyla Siwar, explained that the second day of the forum was good despite the fact that the government of Başûr prevented the arrival of some important figures.

The events of the second day of the forum held in Amouda district of Qamishlo canton, north of Syria, discussed several axes related to the military, historical and cultural aspects.

During the three sessions, Leyla Siwar said that constructive discussions had been held and made several recommendations to accelerate the process of liberating Afrin and documenting the violations committed by Turkey in Afrin, as well as internationalizing Afrin case and presenting it to international forums.

Leyla Siwar pointed out that both Mr. Hawjîn Mullah Amin and Dr. Hashim Zebari were unable to attend the forum, as they were due to give each a lecture due to obstacles by the government of Başûr Kurdistan, which prevented their arrival and participation in the forum.

The second day of the forum ended with a documentary on Turkish violations, including live testimony and a jurist views on Turkish massacres and mercenaries.
