Al-Mashi: Turkish intelligence trying to hit area's security

This came in an interview with the Sheikh of al-Bobena clan and the co-chair of the Legislative Council in Manbij and its countryside Farouq al-Mashi by Hawar news agency. Farouq al-Mashi spoke about those who are trying to create conflicts among the peoples of northern and eastern Syria and destabilize security and stability by targeting their cells to the tribal symbols and the peoples of the region.

Sheikh Farouq al-Mashi said that those who are trying to destabilize the security of northern regions of Syria in al-Raqqa, Manbij and other areas liberated by the people of the northern regions of Syria who joined the ranks of Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) are the arms and intelligence of the ruling Justice and Development Party in Turkey.

Al-Mashi pointed out that these arms and agendas focus on striking the social fabric among the components of the Syrian north, especially the tribes in the region by carrying out assassinations against some of their symbols, and deluding their relatives that someone has assassinated them to create a crack in this complementary fabric among the people of the region.

He added, "Turkey's goal of dismantling the social fabric is to weaken the region to achieve its interests and ambitions in the regions of the north of Syria.

Sheikh Farouq noted that the people of the northern regions of Syria are managing themselves.  They are aware of the extent of the danger that would inflicted to them by the Turkish state if it occupied the region. The areas it has occupied previously and the immoral practices witnessed there are evidence of that. Everyone saw what Turkey and its mercenaries do in Afrin canton.

Al-Mashi pointed out that the people of the northern regions of Syria when joined the ranks of the Syrian Democratic Forces and formed the forces , their goal was to save their areas from IS terrorism and to protect their people and land, not to form a threat to a state or dismantle the Syrian territories unity as Turkey and its mercenaries are trying to promote.

Sheikh Farouq al-Mashi called at the end of his speech the people of north of Syria to unite and stand together in the face of the strives which are waged by the countries which want to target the north of Syria, and not to be dragged behind them. The solidarity of the people can thwart those schemes.
