Women's Justice Council makes important decisions , announces establishment of Women's Council for Social Justice

Today, Rumailan town of Qamishlo canton, has witnessed the launch of the Second Conference of the Women's Justice Council under the slogan "Women's Creativity of Justice, Let's Ensure and Promote Justice", with the participation of 350 members from different areas of al-Jazeera region.

The conference came after a series of meetings organized by the Reconciliation Committee in the Office of Justice and the Reconciliation Committee at the Women's House and the Women's Justice Council on al-Jazeera for the women of the region to learn their views in the framework of social justice and the protection of women's rights.

During the conference, several speeches were delivered by the administrators of the General Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration in North and East Syria and the speeches of the Executive Body of the Democratic Syria Council . The speech of members of civil institutions and organizations including the Martyrs' Families Council and Kongra Star.

The speeches appraised the role of women in the development of justice and social life in the north and east of Syria, and stressed the importance of women developing themselves in the justice in Rojava and the regions of northern and eastern Syria.

The annual report, which included the work done by women during two years of work and its role in training and awareness raising, how to solve the problems faced by women, and how they protect themselves through laws adopted by institutions working to guarantee women's rights, was read.

In the discussions that took place between the audience, and focused on activating the role of women in the institutions in which they work, and on issues related to the laws related to polygamy, minor marriages, hardship and other practices.

The participants agreed that an expanded meeting will take place three months after the date of the conference contract, and through it a coordinating committee will be formed at the level of north and east of Syria.

At the end of the conference, the final statement was issued, which included resolutions that would improve the work of the Council for Women's Justice.

The conference came out after discussing all of the important and fundamental decisions to promote the work of the Women's Council for Social Justice.

Which :

1 - Declaration of the establishment of the Women's Council for Social Justice in the north and east of Syria.

2. Conducting special training courses for women workers in social justice institutions and bodies.

3- The rules of procedures of the Women's Council for Social Justice on al-Jazeera were presented to women's councils for social justice in other civil and civil administrations and the views and proposals were taken into consideration and approved at a special meeting of women's councils three months later.

4- These functions were assigned  to the Women's Council of Justice on al-Jazeera.
