Girê Spî witnessed constructional expansion, municipality granted building permits

In recent years, Girê Spî /Tel-Abyed city has witnessed no constructional movement due to the deterioration of the security situation following the wars that have taken place in the city, and after the liberation of the city by virtue of People and Women Protection Units (YPG,YPJ) from IS. After declaring Democratic Autonomous Administration (DAA) in the city, municipalities were established in districts and towns of Girê Spî / Tel-Abyed. Accordingly, the municipality has started to provide services in the area; sewage projects, water networks, repair roads, maintenance of rain nozzles, activating water pumps, paving sidewalks, activating public areas and lighting in the city.

According to the technical office in People's Municipality in Girê Spî / Tel-Abyed city, the people's municipality has granted during the year 50 different building licenses after detecting, reviewing and completing the necessary technical procedures.

The head of the technical office of people's municipality in Girê Spî / Tel-Abyed city Mustafa Bozo talked about the constructional expansion in Girê Spî / Tel-Abyed city, "This year, in particular, there has been a noticeable expansion in the construction process in most of the neighborhoods of Girê Spî /Tel-Abyed city, and we in the technical office, have done our duty to provide the necessary services to the people through detecting and granting licenses for regular construction."
