It was assured the need to repel the projects of the greedy of the goods of Syria and preserve the unity of Syria and its people. The participants also noted that Aleppo city has become the citadel of resistance in which the Arabs, Kurds and all sects resisted, and they co-exist with each other in order to strike the Western project that tried to create sectarian and racial discrimination among the Syrian people.

It was also stressed the necessary to withdraw the foreign forces, especially the Turkish occupation from the Syrian and Israel’s withdrawal from the occupied Golan must also be achieved in addition to the work on the restoration of a unified Syria both in land and people, stressing that the Syrians are those who will decide the form of ruling and the leaders.

The second axis: The Syrian-Syrian dialogue and the political solution to the Syrian crisis

It was noted that the Syrian crisis is considered the greatest disaster after the Second World War, but it is small at the turn of the global change. The Syrian people live in difficult circumstances and it is necessary to call on all political parties and forces to engage in the dialogue and to seek to ensure the rights of the Syrians through fair elections as the real authority must be for the people not the state and the Syrians must have the right to manage their affairs.

It was pointed out in this axis of the discussion that it is necessary to support all ways and means to liberate the land of Syria, extend the hand of peace for everybody, demand the decision makers to take their responsibilities to stop fighting in all its forms and that there must be ways to make concessions to the Syrian blood.

It was also referred to the role of the civil society and women in the Syrian-Syrian solution and the pioneer role they will lead.

The third axis: Legitimate and illegitimate external interference

The axis summarizes that any external presence in Syria is occupation and all the interventions are not legitimate. Any external interference in Syria must not be legitimized as the consequences will be disastrous for the future of Syria, moving towards the construction of a secular constitution and Afrin is part of Syria and it is the responsibility of all the Syrians to liberate it and belief that the solution would be within Syria not be resulted from the meetings held abroad in addition to the intensification of political symposiums among the Syrians.

Axis 4: Decentralization

This axis included, the belief in the democratic decentralization and it is the fundamental part of the principles enshrined in the democratic system, preventing the concentration of power in one place and excluding the society from the quagmire of blood.

It is necessary to reach a new electoral law for all the Syrian components away from fraud in addition to creating a real administration that will create a democratic climate throughout Syria and preserve the Syrian fabric.

After the discussion in the four axes ended, a committee was formed to formulate recommendations through the elections.
