Foundation conference of Teachers' Union of Deir ez-Zor begins

Under the slogan "Teachers are engineers of minds and stores of wisdom" the activities of the foundation conference of Teachers' Union was launched on Sunday in Deir ez-Zor, in the presence of 400 teachers and delegation from North Syria, where the meeting was held in al-Kasra district.

The attendees of the conference that organized by the Education Committee were 400 teachers, a member of the executive body of the Syrian Democratic Council Hikmat Habib, the co-chair of Deir ez-Zor's Civil Council Ghasan Yousef, members of the Women's House, representatives from Future Syria Party in Deir ez-Zor, members of the youth of Deir ez-Zor as well as delegations from North Syria regions

The events of the conference began with a minute of silence, after which the audience elected the members of the conference Bureau.

The conference is scheduled to continue with many speeches by the audience and guests, as well as discussing the procedure's rules of the Teachers' Union in Deir ez-Zor.
