The Turkish occupation army has launched intensive air strikes and raids on Başûr areas (southern Kurdistan) for a long time, amid international silence, and acceptance by the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Iraqi government.

Abdullah pointed out during his speech that there is a political vacuum in Başûr (south of Kurdistan) and that Turkey benefits from this vacuum, and said, "The occupying Turkish state does not want the people of Başûr to become owner of gains and will, and occupies and progresses in Başûr Kurdistan through the Kurdistan Democratic Party. Turkey is increased its forces in Başûr, through the Kurdistan Democratic and the great powers. There is an international silence on the occupation of Başûr, because there are interests of all countries. "

KDP offers assistance to Turkey

"The Turkish state targets all parts of Başûr Kurdistan, and now they occupy parts of Başûr, such as Bamrani, Amdiyah, Shaladze, Kanemasi, Bitofah, Zakho and Yardust," he said. These areas have many military bases for the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the occupied Turkish state. "The KDP provides assistance to the Turkish state through its bases.

"The occupation state wants to keep the Kurdish people in Kurdistan without will, through occupation and division, they want to spread a civil war, Kurdistan Democratic Party is openly attacking the Kurdish people in Başûr. Turkey has derived its power from KDP which is now in Turkey's bosom
