'Martyr Mohamed Hamada is embodiment of SDF's spirit'

The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces Omid Kabar said during a speech at the ceremony of the martyr Mohammed Hamada whose nom de guerre is Abu Jabbour that the martyr is the embodiment of SDF's spirit.

The fighter Abu Jabbour was martyred by a heart attack while performing his military duty in al-Tabqa city in Syria.

The ceremony was attended by the two co-chairs of the Executive Council of the Civil Democratic Administration of al-Tabqa Hind al-Ali and Shiyar Mohammed, the co-chair of the Legislative Council of al-Tabqa area Roshan Hami and a number of co-chairs of the Civil Administration Committees as well as a number of commanders and fighters of SDF.

At the Martyrs' Shrine in al-Tabqa, after performing a military parade and holding a minute of silence, Hind Al Ali praised the efforts of SDF and the Internal Security Forces to protect the area and thanked them for the security campaign launched last week to pursuit IS mercenaries’ cells.

For his part, the administrator in the Martyrs’ Families Foundation in al-Tabqa Abdul Karim Ibrahim pledged to follow the footsteps of the martyrs.

After handing over the martyr's document to his parents, the funeral ceremony ended amid chanting the slogans which salute the martyrs.
