Prominent role for 12 women in Transport Directorate of al-Tabqa

Through the participation of women in all spheres of life, they proved themselves and their capacity day after day and broke the fear barriers surrounded by the male mentality imposed on them by the ruling regimes, and eliminated the control of the male mentality and freed from the constraints that bound it to become a bright sunlight can not be hidden.

The Transport Directorate was the most important door and the biggest challenge for women to prove themselves in al-Tabqa to the large number of rumors that the vehicles are not only absorbed by men and women have no idea about them

Since the opening of the Directorate, women have joined the work, which was the sole preserve of men. The number of women working in the Transport Directorate reached to 12 out of 51 workers in all the Transport Directorate, such as the paper and electronic archives, the inspection section and informatics.

Despite the small number of women within the Directorate, she was able to develop the work and develop herself and prove the opposite for the community that women are able to work in all fields.

In addition to changing their workplaces every 4 months, women within the Directorate gain experience in all departments and learn more about the mechanism of vehicles registration since the vehicle entered the Directorate and even exit them, as well as some of them undergo intellectual courses for the development of work from the administrative and organizational sides in the Directorate.

It is likely that special courses will be devoted to women to strengthen the work on the computer and to teach the leadership of cars to prove themselves more and develop herself, as the administrator in the Directorate of Transport Directorate confirmed in al-Tabqa Hala al-Hussein.
