Mass grave was found in al-Shahba for Free Army's mercenaries

A mass grave containing the remains of 6 mercenaries of the so-called Free Army was found in the Tal Sosin district of al-Shahba canton, the People's Municipality in coordination with the Religions' Union had buried the corpses.

A citizen of Afrin, who lives in Tal- Sosin district, was cleaning the house where he lives, a mass grave containing the remains of 6 people was found.

The citizen informed the municipality of the matter, and the medical staff of the Kurdish Red Crescent rushed to the place of the cemetery, after the people's municipality told them the matter.

The medical staff examined the bodies, and said that the corpses likely died about 4 years ago, and this is a period of ISIS occupation.

During the search and exhumation of the bodies, the medical staff found identity identification cards that prove that the bodies belonged to the mercenaries of the so-called Free Army, one of these cards belonged to Mustafa Sheikh Hilal Shehada of Tal al-Madik village.

After the completion of the searches, them municipality, in coordination with the Religions Union in al-Shahba canton, buried the bodies in the village of Tal Sosin of al-Shahba canton.
