2nd day of children's festival in Kobanî ended

The festival is organized by Baqi Kheddo Center for Culture and Art in Kobanî canton, and it is the second festival which is organized to highlight and disseminate the art of the area’s children. Arab, Kurdish, Turkmen and Circassian bands from different areas of the Euphrates region and Manbij participate in the festival.

The second day of the festival was attended by a crowd of people from various spectra, including children, women and men and Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen.

Many bands participated in performing the presentations and they are a group of bands of the Culture and Art Body from Manbij city for theater and dance, a group of bands from Girê Spî (Tal Abyad) city for Dabkeh in addition to offering poems and songs. The Golden Crescent Center for dance, the Martyr Arin Kobanî band for singing, al-Qinaya Center’s band for theater, Rawda Shiran Center for songs and the Intellectuals Union band for poetry from Kobanî canton also attended on the second day of the celebration."

The festival will continue for other two days at Baqi Kheddo Center for Culture and Art by presenting the bands their own artistic performances.
