Al-Hasakah women denounced Turkish violations against Saturday's mothers

This came during a statement issued by Kongra Star in al-Hasakah to the public opinion in support of Saturday's mothers and to condemn the attack of the Turkish occupation authorities. The statement was read by the official of the diplomatic relations in Kongra Star Selava Sheikhmos in which she said,

The Turkish occupation police attacked the 700th activity held by the peace's mothers to demand the disclosure of the fate of their missing sons and to hold the officials accountable. The Turkish police arrested more than 47 mothers during the attack on the activity.

Saturday's mothers faced the filthy attack carried out by the Turkish authorities against them in the 700th event in order to know the fate of their children who were arrested by the Turkish authorities.

Saturday's mothers were subjected to direct violence by the Turkish police on August 25 in Istanbul by Interior Minister Suleiman Suwailo although they were carrying pictures of their sons and roses in a peaceful manner, but the Turkish authorities showed no interest and remained silent about the fate of their sons.

This is not new to the policy of the Turkish fascist government which relies on arrests, arbitrariness, marginalization and blurring the identity of those who stand against their policies.

On behalf of the existing parties and the voice of the people and institutions of civil society, we condemn and denounce the international silence on the practices carried out by the Turkish state, especially the violence practiced against the Saturday's mothers.
