HPG landed drone loaded by missiles

HPG pointed out that they had landed a reconnaissance aircrafts loaded by missiles in Şirnex city in Bakur (North Kurdistan) and that an operation had launched in Barzan area in Başûr (South Kurdistan) and killed a Turkish army’s soldier.

HPG media center issued a statement to the public opinion stating that their forces had landed a reconnaissance aircrafts loaded with missiles and revealed the results of an operation carried out by the forces.

The statement said:

"On June 19, at 15:30, our forces carried out an operation against a reconnaissance aircrafts loaded by missiles that wanted to land at Şerafettîn Elçî Airport in Şirnex. Our forces dealt the aircrafts blows and landed it between Hoser village and Hezex district. After the operation, the Turkish occupation launched an attack on the area but the attack failed on June 22, and the army withdrew from the area.

In the context of the revolutionary campaign launched on behalf of the Martyrs Pîroz and Agirî, our forces carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation army that is stationed on Bayrak hill in Barzan area of Başûr Kurdistan on July 6 at 3:20 pm, and the operation led to killing 1 Turkish soldier.

The Turkish occupation army launched an attack on July 27 against Korxol Square in Colemêrg city of Bakur Kurdistan and used reconnaissance aircrafts loaded by missiles. The Turkish army withdrew on August 4 from the area, but their military units put ambushes in the area.”
