Tel- Barak ... complain about poor services at meeting

Democratic Society Movement (DEM-TEV) in Tel-Barak district in North Syria  organized a meeting in the center of the People's Assembly in the district attended by residents of the district and the countryside, members of civil institutions, towns and councils of the district, as well as the Co-chair  of the region of Suleiman Sheikh and member of the Qamishlo council Mazloum Youssef,  the Co-chair of Tel-Barak district's council Sarah Bahlawi and Matalak al-Haser. In order to inform the people of the work done by the council of district early this year.

The purpose of the meetings is to present proposals, criticism and self-criticism

Mazloum Youssef explained, "In light of the circumstances, we can solve the outstanding problems and the negative aspects that are repeated within the council's activities, and in the nature of the situation, the meetings are held to discuss the political situation, the situation in general, or the military situation, but this meeting is held to discuss problems and offer suggestions and criticism and self-criticism."

The rural residents pointed out that they suffer from the problem of the lack of water, forcing them to buy water from tanks at high prices, and complain of power outages for periods of time up to a week, as well as the presence of some of the obstacles in the educational system, and the poor quality of bread.

After finishing from discussions and proposals, the co-chair of each institution explained its work done during the year and emphasized on addressing the problems and suggestions put forward by the people.
