Bombing did not achieve its objectives

The citizens who had been injured during the explosion in Qamishlo city 2016 that the explosion has targeted the components in North Syria where Islamic State's gangs want to hide their fractures and defeats to the democratic forces in Manbij city through bombing and targeting civilians.

The explosion took place on July 27, 2016, through booby-trapped vehicle belonging to IS, targeting residential area in al-Gharbi neighborhood, where 62 civilians had been killed and more than 175 others were injured, and many buildings were destroyed.

The wounded were treated in Farman, Salam, Noor, Shifa and Nafez hospitals. Qamishlo people donated by blood to the injured after the hospital appealed for need, the Democratic Autonomous Administration released a statement on the explosion and declared mourning for three days.

Hawar news agency (ANHA) held an interview the citizens who were injured during the explosion and explored their opinions:

The citizen whose name is Zîwer Ibrahim, 28, said that when he was in his commercial market, the explosion had taken place saying his foot had been injured and continued, the details of the explosion are still in my memory, after opening my market and greeting my neighbors, the explosion took place where much destruction had happened to the place such as blood and flames rose everywhere, my feet were injured and my body was burned. I stayed four months in the house because of what I was exposed to.

The citizen whose name is Abdul Rahman Mahmoud, (45), father of 8 children, and his son Zinar Mahmud, 16 years old, was the victim of the explosion. "On the day of the explosion I went to open my shop Abdel Rahman said, referring to the blast."When the explosion happened, I rushed outside, and smoke, destruction and blood were everywhere. Zinar was burning in front the market, and quickly I tried to extinguish the fire in his body, which was eroding, and took him to the hospital, but unfortunately, my son was martyred. "
