Appeal from Zeinab Jalalian: Let us work together against death penalty

The Kurdish political detainee Zeinab Jalalian sent a letter from her detention center in Khoi city’s prison in Urmia governorate in Iran demanding to work to stop the death penalty.
The text of the letter included,

"To Ramin, Zanyar, Luqman, Kamal and other people sentenced to death penalty, I sent you this message and I know that our suffering is great. You also saw those who sacrifice their pure soul for the bread. In all societies, everybody is granted a salary for their work, but the Kurds are exposed to shooting fire by the Islamic Republic in exchange for their work, as well as the mothers who work alongside their children? It is a part of this male and anti-women society. Femininity has become suffering.
 
Or those girls who set fire to their bodies in front of the mothers’ tearful eyes in protest against forced marriage and discrimination? Or those children who work to earn a living? Dears, your voice represents any of these pains? I do not know what this punishment is that they have sentenced you to, a penalty for your Kurdish origins or punishment for your humanity.
 
Iran's noble people, human rights organizations, I ask you all to work together to stop the death penalty and to enter the joy to the hearts of the parents of these detainees. Let us work together against the punishment of the Middle Ages because our silence is to accept and support the execution of Ramin, Luqman, Zanyar, Hidayat, Kamal and all political detainees. "
