Rojava Youth Union and the Young Women's Union opened in Tel Temr district and with officially ceremonies opened the Martyr Navdar Serhad Youth Center.

The ceremony was attended by dozens of residents, members of the institutions and centers of the district, as well as many youth in Tel Temer and al-Hasaka city.

The ceremony began with holding a minute of silence followed by delivering a speech by the administrator of Rojva youth Union, Abu Fewaz Sidou, in which he said: "We, the Youth Union, are opening this center today to continue on the path of the martyrs of the revolution."

At the end of the speech, the Zilan Martyr of the Culture and Art Center presented performances of folkloric songs.

The opening tape was then cut by the mother of the three martyrs Mazloum, Hewger and Sherman.

Furthermore, the opening ceremony concluded by holding al-Dabkah dances by the attendees.
