Aleppo components discussed latest political developments in Syria

The meeting was attended by dozens of residents of the neighborhood with various components of Arabs, Turkmens, Kurds, Syriacs and Armenians in addition to the clans’ notables and sheikhs of the Arab tribes.

The meeting was held at the MSD's meeting hall in the eastern part of Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.

After holding a minute of silence, the MSD's spokesman of Aleppo Office Yehiya Mahmoud and the administrator of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) Media Mohamed delivered speeches.

The meetings discussed the latest political developments that are ongoing in Syria in general and the areas of North Syria, and what they have been exposing to since the beginning of the Syrian crisis till the recent period after the Turkish occupation of Afrin region and the conspiracies plotted by the Turkish state and its supporters of the regional countries.

The speeches confirmed that all conspiracies which the Syrian people are exposed to by the foreign countries are at the expense of the Syrian blood in order to achieve the interests of those countries, and they are still working to prolong the life of the Syrian crisis as the good evidence of that is the Turkish occupation of Afrin region, spreading strives among the components and shedding the blood of the Syrian people in addition to seizing the lands in order to make their plan works in the demographic change operation in the area successfully.

The speeches stressed also that the components living in Syria need to stand together in order to thwart all schemes and conspiracies plotted against them, and to prove the project of democracy, peoples’ fraternity and co-existence in order to reach a free democratic society.
