Mercenaries demand 10,000 $ to release farmer

After the Turkish occupation army occupied Afrin city in March 18, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries has been kidnapping the civilians in Afrin canton and demanding a ransom for the exchange of releasing them.

A source from Amera village in Mobata district in the canton stated to Hawar news agency’s reporter that the mercenaries of al-Nukhba Army kidnapped a civilian and his wife from the village four days ago, and they are Amer Fayeq who is at 40, and his wife Shaziya Mostafa whose age is 30 years old.

The source noted that the citizens were kidnapped on the way that leads to Afrin city, and that they have were taken to anonymous destination without obtaining any information about them.

The source assured that the mercenaries demand the families of the citizens to pay a ransom whose number was not known, but described to be big in order to release them.

Another source in Bulbul district noted that al-Hamzat Battalion that is related to the Turkish occupation army kidnapped the citizen Hannan Mahmoud who is at 36 from Qera Gole village, and he was taken to Kills state in Turkey under the pretext of carrying a weapon.

The source assured that the citizen assured them that he works in agriculture, and he is a farmer. The source also pointed out that the mercenaries demand Hannan’s family a ransom of 10,000 $.
