YPJ fighters in al-Jazeera Tempest to liberate Arab women from oppresse

Fighters in the ranks of Women Protection Units(YPJ) , along with  the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighters, are participating in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign to liberate al-Dashisha town  and secure the Iraqi border to eridacate Islamic State 's gangs from the region .

Fighters from Deir –ez-Zor areas and al-Shaddadi town have recently joined the ranks of Women Protection Units (YPJ) after they saw the injustice, suffering and servitude that Arab women were maltreated by Islamic State's gangs and the practices and laws imposed on them.

With the determination and will of the Arab fighters in the ranks of Women Protection Units (YPJ) to restore women's freedom and liberate them from grip of Islamic State 's gangs and to encourage the removal of restrictions imposed on them, their participation is a first step towards liberating women from masculine mentality.

Hawar news agency (ANHA) interviwes with a numbers of female fighters who had joined Women Protection Units (YPJ) about their participation in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign.

This is the first time I have been involved with Women Protection Units (YPJ) in fighting against Islamic State 's gangs,I am a young man from Deir –ez-Zor who is committed to liberating my country and liberating Arab women from unjust oppression which, made it over the past years that the woman is obligated to the house and never has the right to leave her home .

The fighter Fiyan from Deir –ez-Zor city in ranks of Women Protection Units (YPJ) said "I am participating in the campaign of the island storm to liberate the town of Dushisha and beyond. Just as I got my freedom here, I will free the women who did not take their rights for the rest of their lives."
