Because of migration Life, which is the nomadic lifestyle of the Bedouin, the mobile house uses the "tent" and excludes living in clay or cement houses that need stability that is not commensurate with their way of life.

Specifications of the Arab House or tent and its sections

One of its conditions it should be folded and helps to move easily from one place to another, suitable for all weather conditions in the wilderness in winter and summer.

The house can be built and manufactured from easy and simple materials without any high costs, that is, the Bedouin family is made by the hands from the black goat hair, and meets the needs of the family in which they live and suitable for the reception of guests.

The Bedouins used to make their homes from goats' hair and Camel's wool, however, today, they make it from the burlap bags which are easier for them than spinning, which requires patience and craftsmanship, and they have found these bags easier and simpler than the old ones.

There are two types of tents, a summer tent made of burlap bags to be cool in the summer, and the other is used in winter made of natural goat hair that prevents water from leaking into the tent.

The house is divided into two wings of a special wing called men (the slot or the court) and is always open to receive guests, while the second wing (Muhrem), which is special for women and women have done the work which entrusted to them from cooking and making bread, and a curtain between them made by decorated cloth.

As for the tent, as the Bedouin call it the house (the trinity or the quarry), according to the number of families in which the house of the sheikh of the tribe is larger than that of the rest of the tribe or clan, so the house of the rich is measured by the cattle that they have owned  .

In North Syria, Bedouins are often found in the desert, in the countryside of Ain Issa district in Gire Sipi canton, to al-Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor cities, in this context, Hawar news agency has visited the Bedouins in the countryside of Ain Issa and explored the style of making hair houses.

Farhan said, "Our ancestors from ancient times lived in the hair houses"Tents" and we inherited them generation after generation, and prefer the houses of hair on the luxury homes built of cement, as the house of hair meets our needs and we are comfortable with the life of travel.

Another Bedouin, Farhan al-Obeid, says they have special winter homes and summer homes, which help them to cope with climate changes in the vast deserts.
