Congratulatory message sent to guerrillas in Xakurk

The command of the Popular Defense’s Central Headquarters sent a congratulatory message to all the fighters of Iyala Xakurk.

The massage included:

 “On May 21, your forces in Iyala Xakurk carried out an operation from 7 axes against the Turkish occupation army in Lêlîkan area. On the same day at 17:00, the forces carried out another operation against the Turkish occupation army in Evdilkofi Hill from 3 axes, and they dealt the enemy harsh blows. These revolutionary operations that were carried out in 2 areas successively were planned for thoughtfully, and they inflicted vast damage to the Turkish occupation army without any losses in the ranks of the forces. The fighters also seized an amount of weapons and ammunition. This outcome is important so that and on behalf of the movement’s command, we congratulate your command and all the fighters who participated in the operations with sacrificial spirit. We also congratulate everybody contributed to carrying out these vast and historical operations.

We wish you the victory, and we are all confident of reinforcing this spirit and martial arts to reach greater outcomes with revolutionary enthusiasm. We salute your forces in Iyala and we hope you to triumph.
