Washington Post: Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi benefited from Turkey's attack on Afrin

The newspaper confirmed that the leader of the IS mercenaries organization, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is still alive, and seeks to put forward a long-term strategy, contrary to information reported days ago that Baghdadi was arrested by the International Coalition and the Syrian Democratic Forces(SDF).
The Washington Post reported in its report yesterday that al-Baghdadi appeared to be seeking a long-term strategy that would allow him to stay, despite a military victory in Syria and Iraq.
