238 fighters joined SDF

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue to expand by joining other 238 fighters their ranks, after finishing their training course in the Martyr Djawar Afrin Military Academy.

The Martyr Djawar Afrin Military Academy ended another course for SDF fighters. The fighters’ number reached 238 most of them are from Deir ez-Zor. The course was on behalf of the Martyr Mazloum Hasakah who martyred during his participation in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign against IS mercenaries.

The course lasted for a month in which, the fighters received military and intellectual lessons.

A number of the joiners’ families, and a number of commanders in the ranks of SDF and the People and Women Protection Units (YPG) attended the ceremony.

The graduation ceremony began with performing a military parade by the fighters.

After that, the commander Dijwar Girê Spî delivered a speech and pointed out that Syria suffered from the crisis, fight and destruction without any intervention from the countries that pretend to be humanitarian, but on the contrary, they worked to prolong the crisis, stressing that their forces were able to defeat the terrorist gangs and liberate the Syrian territories.

Then, the fighters swore the military oath to defend their lands without hesitation.

Furthermore, the ceremony ended by holding al-Dabkah dances on the impact of the revolutionary songs.
