Protection Units commemorated commander Robar Qamişlo

QAMIŞLO

Monday marks the third anniversary of the martyrdom of the member of the General Command of the People's Protection Units Robar Qamişlo; the real name Norshin Fares Anez who was martyred during his participation in the campaign to liberate Mount Kizwan "Abdul Aziz" and to open the road that connects al-Jazeera region with the Euphrates region.

Hundreds of YPG and YPJ fighters, and the martyr Robar’s family and the Martyrs' Families attended the ceremony.

The Martyr Dalil Sarokhan Shrine was decorated with the pictures of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan and Robar Qamişlo and the flags of the People and Women's Protection Units.

The ceremony began by performing a military parade by YPG and YPJ fighters, after that, they hold a minute of silence. Then, the official spokesman of YPG  Nuri Mahmoud delivered a speech in which he talked about the personality of the struggler Robar and said, “When the fighter was at the age of his youth, he decided to be a revolutionary fighter, after he has seen injustice and slavery practiced against his people, and to stand against these practices against the Kurdish people and the peoples of the area, and the fighter Robar played a major role in Rojava Revolution and worked of the success of it through his personality that was full of determination and intention."

Then, the mother of the fighter Robar Karima Mohammed said, "We are proud of the martyrdom of our son Robar, and we promise the martyrs to follow the path they have followed to reach freedom."

Furthermore, the fighters put the wreaths of roses at the tomb of the martyr Robar Qamişlo.
