Erdogan promised Azaz mercenaries to continue occupation after elections

Erdogan assigns the commander of the Turkmen al-Hamzah Division to deliver his message to the families of IS, al-Nusra and the other mercenary gangs in Azaz, promising to continue attacks on North Aleppo and occupy it after the presidential elections would be ended.

The mercenary Abu Baker met on Tuesday afternoon the mercenary gangs, mostly the elements of IS and al-Nusra who fled the Syrian north and settled in Azaz with their families, and delivered Erdogan's message to them.

The source stated that one of the conditions of the mercenary gangs in Azaz and around the town of Azaz to participate in the attack on Afrin and al-Shahba was the commitment of Turkey to support them in completing the military attacks to control the northern countryside of Aleppo reaching the outskirts of Aleppo.

Thus, these mercenary gangs threatened to kidnap Turkish soldiers to put pressure on the Turkish army to complete the occupation of northern Aleppo and al-Shahba areas.

It seems that Erdogan is trying through this message to calm the mercenary gangs down and prevent them from taking a step that may confuse Turkey so that Erdogan renews his promise to them to complete the occupation after the elections.
