84 Martyrs from Kurdistan 4 parts commemorated

The ceremony began with holding a minute of silence, and then, a member of the Martyrs Families Council in Qamişlo Mohamed Amin Hassen delivered a speech and said, "In the personalities of these fighters, we commemorate all the martyrs of freedom, and we bow to their sacrifices. They are our dignity. Those strugglers with their struggle and resistance paint today a bright history for the Kurdish people and the peoples of the area with all their spectrums.

Hassen added, "The peoples of the area and the four parts of Kurdistan and even from Kazakhstan united in a single trench and fought at the fronts against the mercenaries and occupiers, in order to save the peoples and reach them to freedom."

Then, the Martyrs Families Council's member in Qamişlo Zavin Shikhmos read the names of the martyrs and the date of their martyrdom. That was followed by the presentation of a souvenir for the families of martyrs; a picture of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan.

In the conclusion of the ceremony, the families of the martyrs toured among the tombs of their sons.
