Oglu's statements confirm that Turkey is terrorists' guarantor

The Foreign Ministers of Russia, Iran and Turkey met in Moscow on Saturday to discuss their common interests in Syria. They held bilateral and trilateral meetings, and after they have been ended, the Foreign Ministers held a joint press conference.

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during the conference that Russia, Turkey and Iran have adopted a joint statement that will be published and will reflect in the main results of our meeting."

He stressed that they are strongly committed to the absence of an alternative to the political diplomatic solution to overcome the crisis in Syria on the basis of the resolution 2,254 and on the basis of the recommendations of the Syrian National Dialogue Conference in Sochi, noting that his country, Turkey and Iran agreed to take specific steps on resolving the Syrian crisis and resisting the attempts to undermine the settlement efforts.

Lavrov added, "Today, we strongly supported the continuation of these efforts and agreed to take concrete steps that all our three countries will take collectively on an individual basis to bring each of us back to the path of sustainable progress towards the goal of achieving the resolution 2,254."

Lavrov claimed that Turkey, Russia and Iran are working for the Syrians to agree with each other to live in peace.

Russia, Turkey and Iran are considered war-supporters countries in Syria. Both Russia and Iran support the Syrian regime, fight and bomb the Syrian areas beside it. Turkey supports the terrorist and armed gangs in Syria in launching attacks on the areas under the regime’s control.

While the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif said that the three countries that are joined Astana aimed at finding a just solution between the Syrian government and opposition that eases the suffering of the Syrian people.

He pointed out that Astana is the only operation that has reduced the intensity of fighting in Syria, and called on the United Nations to contribute to the political solution in Syria.

The three meetings of the three countries began in early 2017 to achieve the interests of the three countries in Syria. After years of working in a contradictory manner, that led to the loss of everybody and the lack of advance.

Turkey, Iran and Russia used the Astana meetings as a way to divide Syria into two Iranian-controlled Shi'ite states that include the Syrian coast, the capital of Damascus and a number of inner cities where Russian military bases are existed, and a Sunni state occupied by Turkey in the Syrian north.
