Manbij Defense Committee issues warrant to settle Self-Defense Duty assignees’ conditions

The Defense Committee of Democratic Civil Administration of Manbij city and its countryside issued a communication to the areas' mandate holders to settle their conditions.

Defense Committee and the general center of Self-Defense Duty in Manbij has invited all those who registered in Manbij and its villages and residing in Manbij city and its countryside before 19/7/2012 to review the Self-Defense center until 5/5/2018, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 11 of the born (1988 to 2000).

The Committee stated that the warrants should be considered as a personal communication of all the assignees and any delay will subjected him to direct drive by military discipline

According to Defense Committee that every assignee who do not have the service book of Self-Defense Duty is considered late and has to settle his condition and pay fine.

The committee explained in its warrant that the period of service of Self-Defense Duty (nine months) in the case he came alone voluntarily, adds a period of one month to the basic period in the case of being late and taken through the military discipline (ten months) in addition to the financial fine.
