Notables and people of Hamar al-Ali and al-Kesra villages and number of members of Civil Institution and Local Councils in Deir-ez-Zor , aswellas representatives of the "Future Syria Party" Women's center had attended the opening .

The opening ceremony began with a minute of silence, followed by speeches by the participating guests. The words congratulated the opening of the center, which aims to organize the people and to build a free and fraternal society.

The words emphasized joint cooperation and that it was up to the Syrian people to provide assistance to Afrin people who had been forced out of their homes and were looted and looted by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.
