On 5th day of al-Tabqa strike, International Community has become dumb

 AL-TABQA- al-Tabqa people strike enters its 5th day, amid continued visits by delegates to the strike tent in front of al-Tabqa youth council.

The visits to the strike tent expressed their support for the continuation of Resistance of the age and stand against the attacks and crimes of Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

The 4th day of strike witnessed visits to delegations including the co-chairs of Legislative Council of al-Tabqa, the sheikhs and elders of tribes, the Academy of Syrian Women's Council, People's Municipality in Jaraniah and the people of al-Jarniah town and its countryside.

Turkey and mercenary groups have launched an attack on Afrin since January 20 with the support of Turkish occupation army, the second strongest army in North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

"We thank the participation of our people in al-Jarniah, and here we salute the steadfastness of Afrin against the resistance of its people, and we affirm the continuation of resistance against any aggressor," said the co-chair of the People's municipality, Hamad Al-Ahmad.

Turkish attack, which uses NATO weapons and began with Russian blessing, killed more than 260 civilians and wounded more than 700 in an attack that did not exclude hospitals, water pumping stations, furnaces, schools and archaeological sites.

Al-ahmad condemned in the strongest terms, the attacks by Turkish occupation army and the fascist Erdoğan mercenaries against our steadfast people in the land of heroism and dignity, Afrin."

For his part, the co-chair of Legislative Council of al-Tabqa Hamid Abdul-Faraj said that "not hunger and thirst in our strike and sit-ins will prevent us from standing, but we will continue until our voice reach to International Community, who was dumb today what is happening in Afrin massacres and the killing and displacement of our people in Afrin."

 In the evening, a short film showing the history of Afrin and its people richly and culturally rich and historical shows the terrible crimes that are taking place today in Afrin at the hands of the descendants of Ottomans, the blood of Armenian people is still a stain in their black history stripped of any sense of humanity.

The sit-in is scheduled to continue with the transfer of the rotation to the members of People's Municipality in al-Tabqa, as well as a statement in the context of the events organized on International Day of Solidarity Afrin.
