15 killed, injured, 14 others kidnapped in As-Suwayda during October
As-Suwayda witnessed the killing and injury of 8 people during the past month, in addition to recording 14 violations against citizens, including kidnappings and arbitrary arrests.
In October, As-Suwayda 24 website monitored the killing of 8 people and the injury of 7 others, as a result of separate violent incidents.
As-Suwayda 24 documented the responsibility of the Israeli army for the killing of 3 people from As-Suwayda in Lebanon over two separate airstrikes on Baalbek and Barja areas.
While organized groups were responsible for the killing of one person after his kidnapping, in addition to the killing of 3 people by unknown parties in two separate incidents.
Violations
It monitored 14 civilians being subjected to violations in As-Suwayda, including incidents of kidnapping, arbitrary arrest, and forced detention.
The site recorded all male civilian victims of violations, and the security forces were responsible for all of these violations through extrajudicial arrest procedures.
Among the detainees, 5 people were arrested by the security services upon their return from Lebanon, in separate incidents, despite the existence of a "presidential pardon" decree.
The site also documented the random arrest of 7 people in one incident, from inside As-Suwayda National Hospital, during the security services' search for a wanted person. In addition to two separate arrest incidents, of a young man and a young man.
