10 prisoners hanged in two days in Iran
The Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) reported that 10 executions were conducted in Iranian prisons yesterday and today.

The Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) reported that 10 executions were conducted in Iranian prisons yesterday and today.
In a release, the Secretariat announced that "among those executed was political prisoner Hamid Hossein Najad Heydaranlou, who was hanged on Monday, April 21, by the Iranian regime's henchmen." It stated that "his family protested in front of Urmia Prison in objection to this ruling."
Four other prisoners were also executed on the same day in different prisons: Mahan Heidari in Sepidar Prison in Ahvaz, Saeed Darikvand in Parsilon Prison in Khorramabad, and Mohammad Ahmadzadeh and Bahnam Barghpush in Yasuj Prison.
Vahid Naroui, 30, and four other prisoners were hanged in Yazd Prison on Tuesday morning.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) called on the United Nations, the European Union, and all human rights bodies to "condemn these brutal executions and take immediate action to save the lives of death row prisoners, especially political prisoners."
