Yazidi Women's Union condemns mercenary crimes against Afrin women
The Yazidi Women's Union in Rojava condemned the crime committed by the Turkish occupation mercenaries in the village of Kakhra (Al-Yakhour) in the Mabata district in occupied Afrin.
The Turkish occupation mercenaries have been besieging the village of Kakhra since yesterday, Sunday, after they assaulted the women of the village who went out in a protest against the extortions imposed by the Turkish occupation mercenaries.
In this context, the Yazidi Women's Union condemned the assault on women in the village of Kakhra by the Turkish occupation mercenaries, and called on the international community to "stop its silence towards the practices of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries."
The statement pointed out that "the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries are practicing brutality against the residents of occupied Afrin, under the eyes of the international community and organizations that claim humanity."
At the end of the Union’s statement, it praised the resistance of the people of Afrin in the face of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, and stressed the provision of all forms of support to them.
