In a move that reflects the depth of feminist solidarity and the intersections of the struggle for freedom and justice, the Women's News Agency published letters addressed by women from Egypt and Palestine (Gaza) to Leader Abdullah Ocalan. They expressed their deep appreciation for his liberating ideas, particularly regarding the status and dignity of women. They also affirmed their solidarity with the struggle of the Kurdish people.

From Egypt: Greetings from the Banks of the Nile to the Isolation Cell

In a lengthy letter, Dr. Farnaz Attia, an Egyptian political researcher interested in the Kurdish issue, expressed her gratitude for Ocalan’s thought, which she described as having "changed her outlook on life." She said, "Your ideas instilled in us pride and joy when we learned that a beautiful woman is a free woman, and that her slavery is nothing but the product of a patriarchal capitalist system that crushes dignity and reduces honor to her body."

She added, "The philosopher leader is not limited by geography, but rather embraces human issues wherever they may be." She praised the leader's vision of the concept of a democratic nation and self-defense, considering him a comprehensive model of liberation for peoples.

From Gaza: Words in the Face of Isolation and Blockade

Nevin Nimr Adel Abdel Aal, a woman from Gaza who lost her mother and brothers in the war, wrote a moving letter addressed from the heart of the devastation to the leader: "From Gaza, where walls and injustice stand, we write to you. Your words about women were an intellectual revolution, restoring their natural place in the struggle. We here are not broken despite everything, and the women of Gaza are fighting on countless fronts: from survival to dignity, from motherhood to education. We draw hope and resilience from your thoughts."

From Egypt Again: Women Are the Key to Change

In a third letter published by the agency, Dr. Sahar Hassan, a researcher in modern Egyptian history, addressed the leader with words of appreciation, praising his studies on "jenology" (the study of women) and his vision for empowering women: "In your writings, women are not presented as a shadow of men, but rather as a complete existential value. Your profound analysis made women the key to life and the key to liberation. Through your thought, the Kurdish issue has become the cause of all peoples and all those struggling for justice."

The agency reported that what has been published so far is only a portion of the letters received from women in the Middle East, and that it will continue to publish the remaining letters in the coming days.
