"With solidarity, unity, we will defeat occupation, protect our revolution"

Since the toppling of the Ba'ath regime in Syria, the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries have sought to destabilize security and stability in the areas of northeastern Syria.

In this context, the people of the city of Jal Agha in the Jazira canton, from various components, announced that they will stand in solidarity with their forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces, to confront the attacks and protect their areas and gains.

Mayada Ramadan confirmed that "the current stage requires all components of the region, with all its spectra and nationalities, to resist comprehensively in all fields to preserve the gains for which thousands of the people of the region have sacrificed."

She added: "Since the beginning of the revolution, we have organized ourselves on the principle of revolutionary people's war, and we will continue to face all challenges that may confront us in the future. We must be vigilant of the special war methods followed by the occupying Turkish state and its mercenaries, which aim to undermine our resolve and make us lose hope. Therefore, everyone must be careful and stand in the face of those who seek to spread discord among the components of the region."

Mayada Ramadan pointed out that: "The time is a time of protection, and all residents must defend their villages and homes and rally around the Autonomous Administration, so that we can cross to safety and live together under a democratic, pluralistic Syria that includes all Syrians."

For his part, Khalil Diab said: "In order to achieve security and stability, we sacrificed our sons and preserved our land and dignity throughout 14 years of the Syrian crisis. We have challenged many obstacles and attempts at sedition, but we were aware and stood with all determination in the face of them, and we will remain committed to this approach, and our position is firm on the issue of brotherhood of peoples, because our goal and destiny are one from the beginning."

He stressed: "We must rally around our administration in this historical stage of the new history of Syria, and the more we unite and are one hand in resistance and defense, we will be able to achieve our goals for which we have struggled with all our might, which is to build a democratic, pluralistic, decentralized Syria for all Syrians."

Diab stressed: "With solidarity and unity, we will defeat the occupation and protect our revolution."

In his turn, Milad Al-Akoub added: "We, the components of the region, have fought under the 19th of July Revolution for 14 years, and together we have faced all attempts that sought to play on sectarianism. We have foiled their plans and succeeded in overcoming many confrontations that tried to divide us, so our call for solidarity is not new, especially since we are in the stage of reaping the fruits of 14 years of struggle and resistance."

He pointed out: "We, the components of the region, have lived together for thousands of years, and our history is full of stories of solidarity in confronting intruders and occupiers, and under the 19th of July Revolution, this unity was embodied and our blood was mixed in order to preserve this unity, and we must not allow anyone to tamper with our solidarity."

He stressed that: "At this fateful stage, we are required to have the same spirit of resistance, and not to fall prey to systematic plans by the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries, which aim to stir up chaos and unrest in the region, by sending provocative messages on virtual social media sites, with the aim of spreading discord and destabilizing security among us, so we must be aware and stand in the face of their attempts so that the blood of our children does not go in vain.
