"we to defeat conspiracy through struggle, liberate Leader Abdullah Öcalan"

On the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the international conspiracy targeting Leader Abdullah Öcalan on October 9, 1998, the people of Kobani spoke to ANHA agency.

Koljin Qader condemned the conspiracy against Leader Abdullah Öcalan, stating: "The leader has been imprisoned in İmralı prison for 27 years. He has struggled for the freedom of the Kurdish people and all oppressed peoples. However, the dominant states could not tolerate this and orchestrated the conspiracy against him. We say to these dominant and conspiratorial states: Although our leader is not physically with us, he lives in our hearts and his ideas are firmly rooted in our minds."

Koljin added that they train themselves in the thought and philosophy of Leader Abdullah Öcalan, continuing: "The conspiracy continues. Alongside this, the Turkish state and its mercenaries launch attacks on our region, aiming to break our will. But the will of our people will never be broken because we follow the leader’s ideas. We have the strength, and with it, we will thwart the conspiracy and physically liberate our leader. We have fought against the oppressive enemy and defeated it, and we will resist until the conspiracy fails. We long to meet the leader; that is our wish."

Fares Ati pointed out Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s protection of the rights of all components, saying: "The goal of the conspiracy against the leader is to eliminate the Kurdish people and weaken their will. However, the leader proved the rights of this people and raised everyone’s awareness through his knowledge and ideas. The Turkish state claimed it had restrained the Kurdish people and that they could no longer hold their heads high, but the leader broke this constraint and strengthened their power."

Ati continued: "The crises in the Middle East are worsening day by day, and solving these crises and achieving stability in the world is linked to the freedom of Leader Abdullah Öcalan. When his physical freedom is realized, stability will prevail worldwide. Breaking the conspiracy is the solution to the problems."

Suad Sheikh Demir pointed to the dominant states’ dirty scheme behind the conspiracy against Leader Abdullah Öcalan, saying: "The goal of the dominant states is to eliminate the rights of the Kurdish people through Leader Abdullah Öcalan. However, the leader spread the idea of the Democratic Nation throughout society with all his strength and organized the people around this idea."

Suad explained that Leader Abdullah Öcalan fought for all components, so all must struggle for his freedom. She said: "We, as women, must always intensify our struggle for the leader’s freedom, ensure his liberation, and embrace him."
