Two killed in Israeli army targeting of car in southern Lebanon.

The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health reported in a statement by the National News Agency that "an Israeli enemy airstrike on a car in the town of Burj al-Muluk led to the martyrdom of a citizen."

As for the Civil Defense in southern Lebanon, it announced the death of two people in the raid.

According to local media, an Israeli drone carried out a strike with a guided missile targeting a car on the road to the town of Burj al-Muluk in the Marjeyoun district.

It indicated that "according to initial information, the raid resulted in injuries. The Red Cross took them to hospitals, while the civil defense worked to extinguish the fire that ignited in the car."

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported from a security source that "the attack in southern Lebanon targeted Hezbollah members."

The ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Israel came into effect on November 27 of last year, with Israel set to withdraw from Lebanese territory after 60 days. The deadline for implementing the agreement was extended to February 18 of this year, but Israel did not adhere to the terms of the agreement and its forces remain present at five points in southern Lebanon.
