Turkish occupation bases set off new fires in Tal Tamr countryside

Turkish occupation bases have once again ignited fires in the vicinity of the occupied village of Al-Qasimiyah, causing a large wildfire to break out and spread toward the city of Tal Tamr. Emergency teams and local residents have mobilized in an effort to contain the blaze and prevent it from reaching residential areas and agricultural lands.

Turkish occupation bases once again set fires around the occupied village of Al-Qasimiyah, leading to extensive wildfires that spread rapidly due to strong winds and dry vegetation. Concerns are growing that the flames could reach nearby residential neighborhoods and farmlands.

As the fire expanded, emergency response teams in Tal Tamr were placed on full alert and, together with local residents, began efforts to contain the blaze and stop its advance toward the city and surrounding villages. Firefighters continue battling the flames on several fronts under difficult field conditions, while the risk of the fire spreading to additional agricultural areas remains high.

The latest fire comes amid a series of recurring wildfires in the region that have caused significant losses to crops and property, increasing the burden on residents and emergency response teams working on the ground.
