Turkish occupation authorities deport 3,700 Syrian refugees to occupied Girê Spi

The Turkish occupation authorities continue to bring more Syrian refugees into occupied Girê Spi as part of its settlement project, as their number reached more than 32 thousand by the end of this year.

The Turkish occupation state, within the framework of its settlement project in the occupied Syrian territories, continues to deport Syrian refugees on its territory towards those areas.

ANHA agency documented, through a local source from the occupied Girê Spi, the entry of 3,700 Syrian refugees through the border gate during the month of December 2023, and handed them over to its mercenaries from the so-called military police, in preparation for their resettlement in the homes of the forcibly displaced.

The number of Syrian refugees deported from Turkish territory to the occupied Girê Spi Canton has reached the date of the announcement by Turkish officials in early April of the year 2022 of its settlement project in the occupied areas of Syria (Jarabulus - Azaz - Serê Kaniye - Girê Spi... and other occupied areas) and the deportation of 1 million Syrian refugees to more than 32 thousand refugees, including 72 Iraqis, who are currently living in the homes of forcibly displaced people, and their property, including homes, agricultural lands, and others.
