Student protests against the Transitional Government's Ministry of Education decision on the Kurdish language continue across the Jazira region. The decision limits Kurdish language instruction in schools to just three classes per week.

In this context, dozens of students took to the streets of Tirbespiye to express their rejection of the decision.

The students reaffirmed their commitment to the language in which they had received their education for years, demanding the preservation of their right to continue studying in their mother tongue, Kurdish, and its official recognition in the Syrian Constitution.

The students chanted slogans celebrating the Kurdish language, including: "No life without the language."
