"All the solutions offered are still far from the hopes and need of the Syrians," Hussein Othman said.
"The third choice that the components of our people pursued violated all these projects and was committed to the methodology of a democratic solution in Syria. Finally it went towards the declaration of democratic Autonomous Administration," Al- Othman added.
Al-Othman also noted that "the project of the DAA is still the basis for achieving the aspirations of the Syrian people and its democratic future.
"On this blessed anniversary, we also affirm that the reliance of the failure of our project from any party is a wrong orientation, as we consider today an effective force and the basis of this force is our adoption of the absolute truth and the distance from any divisional projects or civil war." Al-Othman concluded his speech.
While, the joint president of the Executive Council of the DAA, Avin Sweid said: "The big steps begin with historical ones, the last period that we went through showed that the declaration of the DAA was an important step."
Sweid also expressed her happiness by saying: "We are very happy in achieving the hopes and aspirations of the Syrians, and we have been strongly related to the residents of the region with the administration that was announced years ago."
She pointed out that "the existence and continuation of the revolution during the last 12 years, thanks to the sacrifices of thousands of martyrs and the wounded war and the efforts of all components of society from Arabs, Kurds, Armenians, Assyrians, Syriac, Circassians, Turkmen and Chechnya, in addition to supporting the Kurds and the peoples of the whole world."
Sweid concluded his speech by saying " The DAA system in NE Syria can be a suitable model for the solution to the entire Syria, and from this platform we repeat our call to all Syrian forces and parties to sit at the dialogue table and put a peaceful solution to the Syrian crisis."
