The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the residents of the occupied city of Al-Bab organized a protest, as part of the continued popular rejection of opening the Abu al-Zandin crossing and against the policies of the Turkish occupation state.

The protesters raised banners in front of the the Abu al-Zandin crossing against the policy of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries towards the Syrians and the occupied areas.

The mercenaries of the so-called "Military Police" opened fire over the protesters in an attempt to intimidate and disperse them.

The occupied areas are witnessing continuous protests on a daily basis against the policy of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries, especially since the announcement of the opening of the Abu al-Zandin crossing on June 27.

The areas are also witnessing a lack of security and the spread of crimes, including murder and kidnapping.
