SDF arrests ISIS bombing cell leader in Deir ez-Zor countryside

The special task units (TOL) of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) carried out a successful security operation on Tuesday, resulting in the arrest of a bombing cell leader.

According to the SDF Media Center, the arrested individual, identified as "Hanan Jaber Al-Ali," also known as "Abu Muhammad," held the position of a bombing cell commander within ISIS.

The report stated that the detainee is considered an expert in manufacturing improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and had been supplying ISIS cells with explosive materials used in attacks targeting both security forces and civilians in the area.

The operation followed precise intelligence gathering regarding the suspect's location. The forces surrounded the area tightly before apprehending him, seizing weapons and military equipment in his possession.

In an official statement, the SDF reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to conducting security and military operations against ISIS cells, vowing to eradicate the group from the region and ensure lasting security and stability.
