Sabha residents collaborate in capture a mercenary, tried to plant IED

The Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces published that their forces, with the help and cooperation of the people of the town of al-Sabha in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, arrested “a terrorist mercenary who was trying to plant an explosive device.”

The news published by the media center stated:

“Our forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces, were able, on Tuesday, with the help and cooperation of the people of the town of “al-Sabha” in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, to arrest a terrorist mercenary who was trying to plant an explosive device in front of a civilian shop in the town.

Immediately after his arrest; Our forces began interrogating him to find out who supported him and who pushed him to begin committing terrorist acts, as well as to find out the motives for the terrorist operation that he intended to carry out, which primarily targeted safe civilians.

Our forces confirm once again that, with the support, support and cooperation of the people, they will spare no effort in monitoring, prosecuting and arresting terrorists and anyone who tries to undermine security and stability in our regions.”
