residents say current phase requires unified Kurdish stance to confront challenges

Residents of the Alyan area in the countryside of Jal Agha called on Kurds across the four parts of Kurdistan, particularly in Rojava to unite and adopt a unified position along with a shared political and security vision to confront the challenges threatening the Kurdish people and their identity.

In this context, citizen Nouri Hesso said: “We call for unifying the Kurdish ranks. Without unity, our ranks will be divided, and division will not lead to recognition of the Kurds or to securing our national rights in Syria.” He stressed that all Kurdish parties must abandon partisan differences and work with a single vision for the sake of the Kurdish cause and to enshrine Kurdish rights in the Syrian constitution.

For his part, citizen Idris Hussein emphasized that the attacks targeting Rojava “have unified the Kurdish ranks across all parts of Kurdistan.”

He added that Kurds must have a unified voice, stance, and political vision, noting that the attacks were aimed at their very existence.

Hussein continued: “The Kurdish delegation in Rojava must carry out its political and diplomatic role to strengthen the Kurdish front and work to secure the legitimate rights of the Kurds within Syria’s constitution, as well as recognition of Kurdish identity and rights.”

Meanwhile, citizen Jani Abdul Aziz called for unifying the Kurdish ranks and rejecting internal divisions, stressing that such disputes do not serve Kurdish interests.

Citizen Shukriya Temo welcomed the stance of the Kurdish people across the four parts of Kurdistan and around the world in supporting the resistance in Rojava and joining the general mobilization, saying: “This is a positive step for the Kurdish cause.”

She stressed that the Kurds share a common fate, as all parts are interconnected and the plans target everyone.

For her part, citizen Behan Ramadan Mohammed emphasized the necessity of unifying the Kurdish ranks, especially during this sensitive phase, in order to preserve their existence and dignity. She noted that this is crucial for protecting Kurdish areas and defending them against all attacks.
